When facilitating a problem solving session, it is imperative that the facilitator only take part in keeping the process on course and maintaining order among the participants.  The facilitator must also check in with the owner of the session challenge, to make sure that it is progressing in an acceptable direction.  It is the responsibility of the participants to take part in, produce, and develop the content.  Content is the sum of all ideas and concepts resulting from a process.

SIGMA/CPIDER is available to facilitate a Creative Problem Solving session.  In addition, we can train your own people as facilitators to continue running sessions long after we are gone.  SIGMA/CPIDER also can take part in ideation sessions to help develop content and evaluate solutions.  To maintain order and a useful, productive process, SIGMA/CPIDER will facilitate process or develop content, just not at the same time.
